As you enter into Birkin Farm you step into a fabulous traditional farmhouse kitchen, perfect for dining and celebrations.

There’s lots of space and, with its downstairs shower/cloakroom and a large sofa bed in a second reception room, it’s ideal for those looking for a ground floor bedroom.

The house has large private gardens circling the property which overlook miles of Cheshire countryside. There’s also a swing and slide play area for children and a patio area off the kitchen.

Cyclists love this stay, with its utility room and outbuilding storage perfect for securing bikes.

There are also lots of public footpaths right from the door, making it an ideal destination for walks in the fresh air - bring your walking boots!

And there are plenty of National Trust properties in the area to explore.

Prices from £320 per night. There is a minimum of 7 nights booking for Birkin Farm.
For bookings of 3 months or more in advance – We require a minimum of 2 weeks booking.

During the war years, Birkin Farm was a horticultural farm growing fruit and woodland trees.

It is next door to Stock Farm, which is also part of Tatton Stays.
