Tatton Estate Team Attends UKREiiF 2024

This week, the Tatton Estate team is excited to attend the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in Leeds from 21st to 23rd of May 2024. As a leading platform for connecting the people, places, and businesses driving sustainable and inclusive regeneration, UKREiiF presents an invaluable opportunity for Tatton Estate to join the conversation on building sustainable futures through investment in Cheshire and the North West.

Tatton Estate is a thriving and diverse estate encompassing 5,500 privately-owned acres in Cheshire, including 450 properties spanning commercial and residential sectors. The Estate has a clear vision to be diverse, progressive and responsible. Our team will be attending the forum to engage in discussions and sessions aligned with our core interests:

  • Infrastructure-Led Developments: We are keen to explore how infrastructure projects can drive regional growth and improve connectivity, fostering more resilient communities.
  • Placemaking and Creating Social Value Through Development: We believe in integrating community, economy, and environment to deliver sustainable developments. Our mixed-use projects are designed to create beautiful, thriving places that enhance our communities.
  • Sustainable Construction Standards and Emerging Technology: We are committed to adopting the latest sustainable construction practices and technologies to minimize environmental impact and promote energy efficiency across our estate.
  • High-Quality Design of Mixed-Use Developments: Quality design is at the core of our projects. We aim to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that meet the diverse needs of our community.
  • Renewable Energy Development and Retrofitting: We are focused on integrating renewable energy solutions and retrofitting existing structures to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to a greener future.

We look forward to engaging with industry leaders, policymakers and developers at UKREiiF to share insights, foster partnerships and drive forward our vision for a sustainable future.

Let’s work together to create places where people and nature can flourish.
