Our current projects include mixed-use developments rooted in the 15-minute community concept, cultivating beautiful, sustainable, thriving places and improving access to services and nature.

In collaboration with the Westmorland Family, Tatton Services, a sustainable next generation, future fuel motorway service area and hotel, will be delivered on the Estate’s land.

Located at M56, junction 7, Tatton services will support up to 170 local producers and be a beacon of quality. Celebrating the best of Cheshire, we will be working hand-in-hand with artisan food producers to cultivate a local supply chain, both on the Estate and within a 30 mile radius.

The Estate is working with the local planning authority, community and development partners, to bring forward new mixed-use communities to meet identified housing needs and deliver thriving communities for people to live, work and play. These sustainable developments are known as the “Tatton Villages”. The Estate aim to exceed the required design and sustainability standards and design its developments in line with the 15-minute community concept.

Our developments in Knutsford, specifically Parkgate and the proposed Bluebell Village, will deliver approximately 520 new homes, contributing to local services and creating new green spaces.

Bluebell Village, Knutsford, is part of the North West Knutsford allocation in the Cheshire East Local Plan. It comprises 250 houses supplying a range of affordable and family housing in the heart of Knutsford.

The proposed masterplan includes a care home, local centre (with community building) new public open space and improved footpath and cycle connections.

We collaborate with trusted partners committed to conservation and community development, aiming for economic and sustainable growth. Our strategic partnerships include leading entities like The National Trust and Natural England and focus on initiatives like the Greater Bollin Trail and the Cheshire Living Landscapes project.

Our Partnerships include: the Westmorland Group, National Trust, Great Cheshire Landscapes, Cheshire East Council, United Utilities, The Environment Agency, Cheshire Community Action, Natural England and local Parish Councils.
