Craig Dixon-Goode

Utilities Director TEM

Craig joined TEM with 14 years’ experience within the construction and utilities sector.  Having read civil engineering at the University of Birmingham whilst training as an Estates & Wayleaves Officer, Craig entered the building industry and obtained BPEC qualifications.

Following a successful spell as site manager for luxury hotel refurbishments, the electricity industry came calling.  Utilising his previous training Craig became a consultant for the Freedom Group and worked on large scale schemes for Western Power Distribution such as the Network Rail West Coast Modernisation, Gloucester City Centre transmission reinforcement and the National Gas Transmitter line.

Since 2012 Craig has occupied a Land Officer role for Scottish Power and had a key role on Highways England’s A556 Knutsford to Bowdon Improvement Scheme, one of the first Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) that used new Development Consent Order (DCO) legislation.

Whilst obviously having a strong background in the power industry, Craig has experience in various water & drainage schemes together with specialised experience within the cell site sector.  In this niche market, Craig’s unique experience sets TEM Utilities apart from rivals and he personally strives to ensure the delivery of clients’ schemes without undue delay.
