The TEM Property team differentiate themselves by offering creative and commercial planning, utilities and property management services under one roof, enabling them to co-ordinate projects that involve all aspects of property development.  It is an exciting time to be joining us, we have some fantastic property initiatives running that range from a £150m Science and Business Park to creating and operating a new events venue in the heart of the Cheshire countryside.

Property Associate

We are seeking a Property Associate to work alongside our Property Director and wider team.

The role will support a range of transactions including:

  • Acquisitions
  • Lettings
  • Lease renewals
  • Rent reviews
  • Developments
  • Disposals
  • Property Management
  • Asset management

Our Property Associate will take initial enquiries and establish all possible areas of opportunities and maintain a relationship for the long term.  Conducting up front work such as research, measuring, designing particulars, looking at alternative uses, prospecting and sales as well as thorough due diligence will be important.

The role will also include social media, PR and attendance at various networking and stakeholder events.  Our ideal candidate would be degree educated or have existing experience within building surveying, commercial surveying or related specialism with good IT skills and knowledge.  RICS part of fully qualified an advantage.


Office Assistant

We are seeking an assistant to join our growing team.

The role will involve: –

  • Supporting our business heads in Property, Events, Utilities and Planning
  • Managing CRM and marketing newsletters, website etc
  • Bookkeeping and administration
  • General admin duties including answering the phone and first point of contact for our visitors

Our ideal candidate would be educated to A ‘level standard and have: –

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and ability to lay out documents to a high standard
  • Good and accurate knowledge of Excel including maintaining databases and using formulas
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare property particulars and presentations
  • Experience of web design and editing as well as email marketing applications such as Mail Chimp
  • Some knowledge of bookkeeping ideally Sage
  • Ability and enthusiasm to learn and operate any relevant software the TEM use
  • A real “can do”, positive attitude
